I know nothing about Bobby Flay. Yet as soon as I stepped outside the Nordic Museum in Seattle, I wanted to know everything about the Kukree food truck that had just served me.
Every dish was gluten-free (heaven for celiacs). One spectacular dish was also plant-based/vegan (and priced under $10).
The "Vegetable Upma" was filled, drizzled, and sweetened with whole food ingredients I dare not mention because there is no way to comprehend how exquisite Kukree can make them taste.
