After traveling through Montana, it was time to visit Nisqually Valley's famous pizzeria, La Gitana.

Even though it's not obvious on the menu, La Gitana happily made gluten-free vegan options, too.
Starting with a fresh organic salad and vinegar dressing. (It was surprisingly filling.)
Crescendoing with the most delicious gluten-free vegan pasta sauce (on gluten-free pasta) I've ever savored.
